Understanding ADHD
The Adult ADHD group offers a supportive environment where people can learn, share their experiences and connect with other individuals who understand the challenges associated with ADHD. Built upon current research and evidenced-based psychological approaches, it focuses on developing coping strategies, strengths and self-acceptance in an environment of accountability and encouragement.

Meditation and Mindfulness
