What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we're doing, without becoming overwhelmed by what's happening around us.

group for?
This group is designed for individuals who want to develop a regular mindfulness practice in a supportive setting. It's particularly suited for:
The course welcomes both beginners and those with some meditation experience. While previous mindfulness experience can be helpful, it's not required – the main prerequisites are openness and a willingness to engage with the practices.
As a small group of 10 participants, you'll have the opportunity to learn and practice in an intimate, non-judgmental space where questions and discussion are encouraged.
FEES AND REBATES
Cost
$420 for 5 x 90 minute sessions (to be paid upfront for Medicare rebate purposes).
If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHCP), you will receive a rebate of $33.60 per session. You pay a gap of $56.40 per week.
A $100 deposit will be required at the time of intake and this will be subtracted from your full payment.
The group will be capped at 10 people.
